İklim Değişikliğinin Yerel Bir Sorun Olarak İnşası

Year 2015, Volume: 7 Issue: 1, 103 - 114, 31.01.2015

Abstract

Construction of Climate Change as a Local Problem

Year 2015, Volume: 7 Issue: 1, 103 - 114, 31.01.2015

Abstract

Formulation of climate change as a solvable public policy problem is one of the daunting task in the field of public policy for scientists and politicians in our era. Adopting a constructivist approach, this study analyses the problems in finding, framing, structuring, preferring and defining climate change as a public policy problem. Then, the study discusses the problem processing of climate change as a solvable local policy problem.
