GİRİŞİMCİLİK EĞİTİMİNİN GİRİŞİMCİLİK NİYETİNE ETKİSİ: GİRİŞİMSEL ÖZ-YETKİNLİĞİN ARACI ROLÜ

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı girişimcilik eğitiminin, girişimcilik niyetine etkisini ve bu etkide girişimsel öz-yetkinliğin aracı rolünü belirlemektir. Araştırmanın örneklemini bir üniversitenin meslek yüksekokulu son sınıf öğrencileri oluşturmaktadır. Bu üniversitede bulunan farklı bölümlerdeki öğrencilere farklı eğitimciler tarafından girişimcilik eğitimi verilmiştir. Verilen ders sonucunda öğrencilerin eğitime ilişkin düşünceleri, özyetkinlikleri ve girişimci olma niyetleri anket tekniğiyle tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmada analizler SPSS ve AMOS programlarıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda girişimcilik eğitiminin girişimcilik niyetini etkisinde girişimsel özyetkinliğin tam aracı rol üstlendiği görülmüştür.
