Abstract
Bu çalışma uluslararası hukukta kilometre taşı niteliğinde olan Nürnberg Mahkemelerini incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Çalışmada öncelikle mahkemenin arka planına ve kuruluşa giden sürece değinilmiştir. Kuruluşuna ve yasal dayanaklarına değindikten sonra mahkemenin suç kapsamına giren fiiller tarihi geçmişiyle birlikte ele alınmıştır. Sonraki bölümde uluslararası hukuka katkılarından bahsedilmiş ve son bölümde ise mahkemeye getirilen eleştirilere yer verilmiştir.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to observe the Nurnberg Trials which is a milestone in international law. Firstly the background and the procces of the the court is mentioned. Having dealth with establishment and legal bases, criminal actions are covered with historical experiences. Next chapter focuses on the contribution to the international laws which is followed by critisisms to the court.
