İklim Değişikliğinin Yerel Bir Sorun Olarak İnşası

Öz

İklim değişikliğinin çözülebilir bir kamu politikası sorunu olarak formüle edilmesi, çağımızda siyasetçileri ve bilim adamlarını zorlayan kamu politikası alanlarından birini teşkil etmektedir. Bu çalışmada iklim değişikliğinin bir kamu politikası sorunu olarak tanımlanması, çerçevelenmesi, yapılandırılması, seçilmesi ve çözülmesi ile ilgili sorunlar inşacı bir yaklaşımla analiz edilmekte ve çözülebilir bir politika sorunu üretim süreci olarak iklim değişikliğinin yerel bir sorun olarak tanımlanması tartışılmaktadır.
