Abstract

Technological developments closely affect today's working life. While technology's benefits reflect positively on how employees do business in terms of time and performance, it also causes some pressures to arise in their inner world. These pressures on employees are called "technological stress". It is thought that technological stress in employees will also affect their job performance. Measuring whether technological stress in employees affects individual job performance through colleague support is the starting point of this study. Research data was collected by survey technique from 267 employees in the textile industry operating in Düzce province. The data of the research was analyzed with SPSS and AMOS programs. The research findings concluded that employees experienced moderate technological stress, but their job performance was higher. It has been found that there are significant relationships between technological workload and technological complexity, which are dimensions of technological stress, and job performance. That colleague support has a partial mediating effect in this relationship

Çalışanlardaki Teknolojik Stresin Bireysel İş Performansı Üzerindeki Etkisinde Çalışma Arkadaşı Desteğinin Aracılık Rolü

Year 2024, , 87 - 100, 30.06.2024
https://doi.org/10.52791/aksarayiibd.1457813
