FİRMA PERFORMANSINI ARTTIRMANIN BİR ARACI OLARAK ÖĞRENEN ÖRGÜT: TRB2 BÖLGESİNDE BİR UYGULAMA

Öz

Öğrenen organizasyon, firma performans çıktılarını yükseltmek ve

rekabet avantajı elde etmek için son derece önemli bir araç olarak

değerlendirilmektedir. Öğrenen organizasyonların en önemli bileşeni bilgi

yönetimidir. İşletmelerin hangi bilgi yönetimi stratejilerini kullanmaları

gerektiği hususu, işletme yönetimleri açısından önemli bir karar alanıdır. Bu

çalışmanın amacı, işletmelerin yaygın olarak başvurduğu açık, kapalı, iç

odaklı, dış odaklı, teknoloji odaklı ve insan odaklı bilgi yönetimi stratejilerinin

firma performansı üzerindeki etkisini araştırmaktır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda,

Türkiye TRB2 (Van - Bitlis – Muş – Hakkari) bölgesinde bulunan ve farklı

sektörlerde faaliyetlerini sürdüren 55 işletmeden olmak üzere toplam 213

çalışandan alınan veriler analiz edilmiştir. Analizler sonucunda, iç odaklı bilgi

yönetimi stratejisi, örtük bilgi yönetimi stratejisi ve insan odaklı bilgi yönetimi

stratejisinin firma performansı üzerinde pozitif ve anlamlı bir etkiye sahip

olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bununla birlikte açık bilgi yönetimi stratejisi,

teknoloji odaklı bilgi yönetimi stratejisi ve dış odaklı bilgi yönetimi

stratejisinin firma performansı üzerinde anlamlı bir etkiye sahip olmadığı

ortaya çıkartılmıştır.
