With “the Plan of the Century”, the Palestinian-Israeli conflict’s processes of solution and negotiation, and solution mechanisms grounded on international law are excluded from the peace process. The Plan that solely depends upon Israel’s arguments in other words which is not negotiated with Palestine provides fait accompli solution. It is a “solution plan” that distorts the international law’s outputs primarily the UN resolutions and hence aims creating a new paradigm for the Palestinian-Israeli conflict. Transition from principle of “Land for Peace” to the principle of “Peace to Prosperity” is aimed. The negotiations are proposed to start on regulations on the issues of the status of Jerusalem, the Jewish settlements in the Occupied Palestinian territories, and return of the Palestinian refugees that would not accepted by the Palestinians. Instead of directly solving the Palestinian-Israeli issue it aims the recognition of Israel and establishing relations in the Middle East and it aims to achieve it through anti-Iran consensus. This framework is presented as the region’s reality and a new opportunity towards cooperation. According to Trump, the situation in the Middle East entails a breakthrough thus it is acclaimed that a new framework and perception have to be implemented. The Plan excluded international law and the Palestinian-Israeli conflict’s resolution custom nevertheless it passed into the implementation level: the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain took the step of normalizing relations with Israel. On the other hand, Palestine is trying to establish the Palestinian state in the West Bank, Gaza Strip and East Jerusalem. It puts pressure on Israel by using international law and through applying to international organizations.
