Doğal Afetlerin Ekonomik, Sosyal ve Çevresel Etkilerinin 6 Şubat 2023 Kahramanmaraş Merkezli Depremler Bağlamında Girişimciler Açısından Değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Doğal afetler insanlığın karşı karşıya kaldığı en ciddi sorunlardan biridir. Doğal afetler sonucunda, ölümler ve yaralanmalar, mülk kayıpları, sosyal dengesizlik, kaynak kıtlığı ve ekonomik kayıplar ortaya çıkmaktadır. Doğal afetler içerisinde depremler, özellikle ekonomik büyüme üzerinde negatif etkisi olan sosyal ve ekolojik açıdan da toplumlar üzerinde derin izler bırakabilen felaketlerdir. Afet sonrası toparlanmada girişimciler yenilikçi çözümler sunarak, yeni iş fırsatları yaratarak ve toplulukları bir araya getirerek önemli bir rol oynarlar. Ülkemizde yaşanan 6 Şubat 2023 Kahramanmaraş merkezli büyük depremler çok sayıda can kaybına ve hasara yol açmıştır. Özellikle deprem bölgelerinde yaratıcı ve inovatif girişimsel faaliyetlerin desteklenmesi afetin olumsuz etkilerinin azaltılmasında faydalı olabilecektir. Bu açıdan çalışmanın amacını, doğal afetlerin etkilerinin 6 Şubat 2023 Kahramanmaraş merkezli depremler özelinde girişimciler açısından incelenmesi oluşturmaktadır.
