ÖRGÜTSEL PERFORMANSIN ARTIRILMASINDA MOTİVASYONEL DAVRANIŞLARIN ROLÜ: YENİLİKÑİLİK VE GİRİŞİMCİLİĞİN ARACILIK ROLÜ

Abstract

Örgütsel çıktıların en önemlilerinden olan örgütsel performansın geliştirilmesinde motivasyonel davranışların etkisi vazgeçilmezdir. Çalışan motivasyonunun girişimci ve yenilikçi davranışları artıracak şekilde yapılandırılmasının zaten var olduğu düşünülen çalışan motivasyonu-örgüt performansı ilişkisine katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir. Bu kapsamda motivasyonel davranışların, örgütsel performansın artırılması hususundaki etkilerini belirlemek ve yenilikçi ve girişimci davranışların bu etkide aracılık rolünü saptamak bu çalışmanın temel konusudur. Savunma sektörü çalışanları üzerinde yapılan araştırmada değişkenlerin tamamı yapısal eşitlik modeli ile analiz edilmiş ve elde edilen veriler doğrultusunda aracılık etkileri araştırılmıştır. Analiz sonucunda, motivasyonel davranışların, örgütsel performansı artırdığı, yenilikçi ve girişimci davranışlarında aracılık etkisinin olduğu belirlenmiştir
