Böbrek Görüntülerinde Filtreleme Tekniği Kullanarak Kist Belirlenmesi

Abstract

Böbrek kistleri, böbrek içinde veya yüzeyinde meydana gelen içi sıvı dolu keseciklerdir. İnsan böbreğinde yaygın olarak görülmektedir. Yaş ilerledikçe böbrek kistleri görülmesi fazlalaşır. Böbrekte bulunan taş kistlerin oluşmasında bir faktördür. Böbrek kistleri hipertansiyona sebebiyet verebileceği gibi böbrek yetmezliğine ve böbrek fonksiyonlarının yerine getirilememesine neden olabilir. Böbrek kisti tespitinde en yaygın yöntem bilgisayarlı tomografi yöntemidir. Bu çalışmada böbrek kistinin yeri kenar belirleme filtresi ve sobel filtresi kullanılarak tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Değerler ilk önce filtrelerin 3x3 orjinal kernel matris kullanılarak belirlenmiş daha sonra bu matrislerin değerleri değiştirilerek en iyi sonuç elde edilmeye çalışılmıştır.

CYST DETECTION USING FILTERING TECHNIQUE IN KIDNEY IMAGES

Abstract

Kidney cysts are fluid-filled sacs that occur inside or on the surface of the kidney. It is common in the human kidney. The incidence of kidney cysts increases with age. It is a factor in the formation of stone cysts in the kidney. Kidney cysts can cause hypertension as well as kidney failure and failure of kidney functions. The most common method for detecting kidney cysts is computed tomography. In this study, the location of the kidney cyst was tried to be determined by using edge detection filter and Sobel filter. The values were first determined by using the 3x3 original kernel matrix of the filters, and then the values of these matrices were changed to obtain the best results.
